iConfidant ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our service.

What We Collect

When you use iConfidant to create your Confidant Map, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your first name
  • Your feature preferences (which future features interest you)

What We Don't Store

The names of your records and confidants are only used to generate your PDF. They are never saved to our database and are deleted immediately after your PDF is created.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email and name to:

  • Personalise your Confidant Map PDF (which downloads immediately)
  • Send you a welcome email and occasional product updates when new features launch
  • Understand which features our users are interested in

We will never sell your information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

If you choose to sign in with Google, we use Google Sign-In to authenticate you. Google's privacy policy applies to their services.

Your Choices

  • Unsubscribe: Every email includes an unsubscribe link to stop future emails
  • Delete your data: Email us at support@confidants.com.au to request deletion
  • Access your data: Email us to request a copy of your stored information
